Ordering
Browse our shop, select the NFC tag variant you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
You can cancel unfulfilled orders from your account page. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page.
Core features are free with the NFC tag purchase. Premium features may be available in the future.
Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking information in your account under Order History.
Technical
Yes. SMS & WhatsApp marketing is available inside the dashboard. Reach your customers directly with targeted campaigns.
Once you receive your tag, log into your Tappflow dashboard. Follow the simple setup wizard to link your tag to your digital experience. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
NFC tags are very durable and rarely fail. If you experience any issues, contact our support team and we'll help troubleshoot or replace the tag if needed.

Click the "Log In" button in the navigation bar, then select "Create one" to register with your email address.
