We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tappflow purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • NFC tags with custom laser engraving (personalized items) cannot be returned unless defective
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the buyer
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different variant (e.g., a different color), please contact us. We'll arrange the exchange subject to availability.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective NFC tag (chip not working, physical damage on arrival), please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel unfulfilled orders directly from your account. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow the return process above.
